Leigh Older is a founder and operating partner of The Integration Works. Founded in 1994, his passion was to assist small to medium sized businesses with their IT needs. From day-one of doing business, it was important to him to balance the company’s efforts between helping local non-profit’s with their technology, as well as commercial business enterprises. Today The Integration Works is in their 30th year of serving a variety of clients that represent diverse industries, including industry leading non-profits in Orange County, CA.

Leigh is actively involved in the daily business operations of The Integration Works, overseeing Sales, Organizational Development, and Business Development initiatives. 

Leigh is an avid wine collector and also a co-founder of an award winning educational internet radio talk show about wine.  He and his wife & two children reside in Arizona.

James Carter is an operating partner and Chief Technology Officer for The Integration Works, LLC, a technology services company which specializes in building and maintaining information technology infrastructure through managed services. James has been with the company since 1997. His responsibilities as TIWI’s CTO include Product Development and testing, Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Internal Systems, and other management duties. James also serves as Chief Technical Architect, in which he designs IT solutions for their clients.

James is a founding member of the SonicWALL VAR Council, and has also served on the SonicWALL MSSP advisory committee and Support Services committees.

James has served on the Harvesting Hope for Kids fundraising event steering committee. This event has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the children of Olive Crest, a non-profit organization that benefits abused and neglected children. James and his wife adopted their two foster children through Olive Crest.

James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Vanguard University, Costa Mesa, CA in 1990.

James has held multiple Microsoft, Novell, and SonicWALL technical certifications during his career in IT which spans more than 30 years.

James lives in Irvine, California with his wife and two children.
